OUR WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT INCLUDES:
- Consultation meeting , to determine your wedding day itinerary 6-8 weeks before your wedding
- We will Creation and carry out your wedding day itinerary
- Classic Touch Occasions will extend discounts through our preferred suppliers
- Attendance and coordination of your ceremony rehearsal
- Confirmation of vendors 1 week prior to the wedding day to finalize details .
- Classic Touch Team will coordinate services for your rehearsal and wedding day
- We will review all vendor contracts
- Ceremony & reception site details will be finalized by our team
- Our Team will manage and organize decor details: favors, place cards, menu cards, etc
- Detailed itinerary for wedding day provided to wedding party & vendors
- Management of payment & gratuity envelopes for vendors
- Assisting bride & bridesmaids with dressing on morning of wedding
- Instructing ushers & readers of duties
- Organizing processional line-up.
- Assisting with the transition from ceremony to reception & transportation of items
- Communication with all vendors concerning their role on your big day
- Onsite direction of ceremony, photos & reception.
- Direction and execution of all reception milestones
- Overseeing scheduled events at reception: cocktails, dinner,cake cutting, entertainers, speeches
- You will have access to a complete wedding emergency kit for your guest
- Coordination services on your wedding day for a maximum of 10 consecutive hours
